At Hillside Infant School, we want every child to feel proud of their school and be a role model for our core values: Working as a Hillside Team, Using Good Manners, Trying Our Best Every day and Kindness and Honesty. 

Our Little Leaders programme allows pupils to take on special roles to help make our school a happier, tidier and kinder place. 

Little Leader Aims 

• Give pupils opportunities to show our values in action. 
• Help keep our school clean, tidy, and friendly.
• Encourage children to support each other at play and lunchtime 
• Celebrate and reward positive behaviour and responsibility.

Each month, children across the school will be chosen to join a team. They will be responsible alongside their team leader to make sure they are upholding the school values as Little Leaders.
